UK: Authorities Officially Take Over Wave Hub

UK Authorities Officially Take Over Wave Hub

Authorities have formally taken over the Cornwall’s Wave Hub.

The £42m project is designed to test wave energy devices off the seacoast of Hayle.

Department for Business Innovation and Skills has adopted the wave energy scheme.

It is hoped the first businesses will connect their energy-from-wave devices to the hub later this year.
