Pacific Osprey Decommissions B-11 Gas Booster Platform

Pacific Osprey has decommissioned B-11 gas booster platform from its location in German waters, Swire Blue Ocean informed through social media.

The platform was located in the North Sea, south of the Ekofisk complex.

The project, managed by AF Decom, was announced by Swire Blue Ocean in February this year.

The platform, with a total weight of approximately 8200mT, was decommissioned in 15 main parts with heaviest lift of 1015 tons.

Pacific Osprey transported the platform to the shore in three trips between the offshore site and the AF Environmental Base in Vats, Norway.
