Amsterdam is once again the place to be for the offshore professionals to discuss the industry’s future on 13-14 October.

One of the fastest growing industry meetings, Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference 2015, is ready for another successful year with over 14 000 international professionals and more than 650 exhibiting companies expected to take part in a two-day event at Amsterdam RAI.

Last year’s event marked a huge success with a record-breaking number of visitors representing 81 nationalities, 630 exhibitors on 21,000 sq.m. floor space and 106 speakers in 22 sessions.

Each year, the conference brings together an international faculty of expert speakers who discuss their topics and solutions with the offshore community.

This year, Offshore Energy Conference will see more than 80 speakers representing some of the biggest players in the industry, focused on the theme “Investing in the future of energy”.

The 8th Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference (OEEC) is an annual event focused on the complete offshore energy industry. It covers both the exploration and production of the conventional energy resources oil & gas and the renewable sector, including wind, wave and tidal energy.

The event was officially launched today at 10:00, followed by a Technical Session on HPHT Developments, which will be the event’s first discussion on high-pressure, high temperature asset development.

The first day will also host Techical Sessions on Technical Data Management, lead by Michael Nord from Shell and other interesting topics including Technical Session on Supply chain optimization which looks at best practices in cost reductions, discussing both the role of technological innovation and the potential of new business models in supply chain optimization.
