Proserv Integrates Nautronix

Proserv has now fully integrated the through water communication, positioning technology and survey services specialist, Nautronix, which will now be officially recognised and branded as Proserv.

The company’s location will remain in Dyce, Aberdeen.

Nautronix was acquired by Proserv in September last year.

The acquisition included Nautronix chief operating officer Mark Patterson joining Proserv.

Nautronix’s range of products and services should now allow Proserv to provide a range of survey capabilities to the offshore construction industry.
