Kongsberg’s Echosounder for Clinton Marine’s Vessel

Clinton Marine Survey has invested in a new Kongsberg EM2040C dual head system for its medium to ultra shallow vessel M/V Nils.

The EM 2040C is a shallow water multibeam echosounder based on the EM 2040 technology, a tool for high resolution mapping and inspection applications.

The receiver and transmitter are integrated in a common sonar head.

Clinton Marine CEO, Martin Wikmar said:

“We are pleased to be able to deliver a state-of-the-art solution to our clients and also maintain our position as a smart and cost effective provider with focus on technology, quality and competence to drive the future of the industry.”
