Genesis Kreuz will provide services of engineering and project management, construction, shore based warehousing, and end-to-end logistics.

The company will be headquartered in Lagos with yard facilities in Port Harcourt.

Kreuz Subsea, has relocated two dive systems to Nigeria, and said it is in talks to secure work for its newbuild Kreuz Endeavour.
