SeaBird Exploration has signed a letter of intent (LoI) for an upcoming 2D seismic survey in South America.

The project is estimated to start in the first half of the third quarter and will have a duration of approximately two and a half months.

SeaBird will be using the Northern Explorer to collect the 2D seismic data in South America.

The M/V Northern Explorer joined SeaBird’s fleet in 2005.

The vessel, with a length of 76.0 meters and a beam of 14 meters, is equipped with diesel electric propulsion and is designed for operation worldwide.
