Dolphin Receives LOI for Survey Offshore Tanzania

Dolphin Geophysical AS has received a Letter of Intent from Statoil for the acquisition of a 5500 km2 survey offshore Tanzania. The survey will be acquired by one of our high capacity 3D seismic vessels commencing in the fourth quarter of 2012.

CEO Atle Jacobsen, commented “This marks Dolphin’s entry into the prospective East African Market and will secure backlog for the vessel into Q1 2013. We also look forward to commencing our first large project with Statoil outside Norway”.
