Tidal Lagoon Swansea Bay to Present EIA

Tidal Lagoon Swansea Bay plc , the company which plans to build a £650m tidal lagoon in Swansea Bay, is holding an event to present findings of Environmental Impact Assessment.

The event will be held at The Liberty Stadium, Landore, Swansea SA1 2FA from 9.30am to 7.30pm.

Some of the topics at this event are coastal processes, sediment transport, contamination, water quality, navigation and marine transport and marine ecology.

When completed, the proposed 240MW power plant would be capable of generating renewable electricity for over 120,000 homes.
