Havyard to Buy Stake in Shipowning Company of MV Lewek Inspector

Havyard Ship Invest AS (“Havyard”) has on 14 November 2013 agreed with Forland Subsea AS (“Forland”) to acquire a 25 % stake in the shipowning company for Forland’s new subsea construction vessel, Lewek Inspector.

The vessel is scheduled for delivery from Havyard on 14 November 2013 and will immediately commence a five year contract with Emas AMC.

The agreement underlines the solid relationship between Forland and Havyard and will serve to strengthen the Forland Group’s financial position.
