Dolphin Contemplates New Unsecured Bond Issue

Dolphin Group ASA is contemplating to issue senior unsecured bonds with maturity in December 2017.

The net proceeds from the bond issue shall be applied towards general corporate purposes, including financing of specific Multi-Client investments, seismic equipment and to further finance the growth of the group.

Arctic Securities, DNB Markets, SEB and SR-Bank Markets are acting as joint lead managers for the issuance.

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements according to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
