Ezra Announces New Subsidiary Company in Texas, USA

The Board of Directors of Ezra Holdings Limited (“Ezra” or the “Company”) announces that Ezra has a new subsidiary company known as Emas Marine Base Holding Co., LLC, incorporated in Texas with limited liability and whose sole member is EMAS-AMC AS, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Ezra.

The initial capital contribution of Emas Marine Base Holding Co., LLC is USD100.

None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of Emas Marine Base Holding Co., LLC.
