Zamil Offshore’s Meercat En Route to Saudi Arabia

Zamil's Meercat on Its Way

Meercat Workboats has reported that the latest Meercat to leave their facility is currently en route to Dammam (Saudi Arabia).

With the mothership recently launched, Zamil Offshore eagerly await their new meercat’s arrival. She will immediately begin work with her mothership carrying out dive support in shallow water operations in and around Dammam and the Arabian Gulf.

The ability to launch the meercat using the mothership’s crane was crucial to the project, with a strict weight budget to adhere to. Thanks to an aluminium wheelhouse the Meercat easily came in underweight.

Alzamil Company owns and operates a large fleet of 80 vessels serving offshore in the field of oil; however, it is considered the largest fleet in the Middle East specialized in oil industry.
