Solstad Offshore Takes Delivery of CSV ‘Normand Reach’

Solstad Offshore ASA has taken delivery of “Normand Reach” (CSV) from Vard, Aukra.

The vessel will start on a 5 year firm charter with Reach Subsea ASA with additional 3 x 1 yearly options, with commencement about June 10.

A long-term facility of NOK 510 million has been drawn from Eksportkreditt Norge AS. The facility is fully guaranteed by Nordea Bank Norge ASA and GIEK.

Solstad Offshore ASA is among the largest offshore-shipping companies in Norway, providing advanced vessels and extensive maritime competence for operations related to the offshore petroleum industry. The company has about 1,800 employees, and
operates 47 vessels all over the world. In addition the company has 2 large subsea vessels under construction.

Solstad Offshore is headquartered in Skudeneshavn, Norway and has branch offices in Brazil, Singapore, the Philippines, the United Kingdom and Australia.
