Bourbon in Talks with Tanjung for Sale of Nine OSVs
Malaysian Group Tanjung Offshore Berhard and Bourbon Far East Pte. Ltd. have entered into exclusive discussions for the sale of 51% ownership of nine BOURBON Offshore Support Vessels operating in Malaysia.
In parallel, Tanjung has invited Bourbon to become a shareholder in their company. Both parties are actively reviewing the proposed transaction and a final decision will be made within the coming months.
BOURBON offers the most demanding oil and gas companies a comprehensive range of surface and subsea marine services for offshore oil and gas fields and wind farms.
Tanjung is principally an investment holding company, whilst its subsidiaries and associated companies are principally involved in the provision of engineering equipment packages, equipment maintenance services and production platform services to the oil and gas and related industries in Malaysia and the region.
