Edda Fonn Secures Mediterranean Job
Reach Subsea has entered into a contract with an undisclosed international client for the vessel Edda Fonn.
The vessel will conduct operations in the Mediterranean, the company informed.
The operations will start on April 1, and the period is firm for 120 days, plus 60 days options.
“We are satisfied with the contract award, that will improve the utilisation of the vessel for 2015 and gives us further opportunities in the region,” says Jostein Alendal, CEO.
The company didn’t disclose the value of the contract.
Edda Fonn, with an overall length of 84.7 meters and a beam of 18 meters, is capable of conducting IMR, survey and light construction services.
The vessel has 700 square meters aft deck and a 7.2×7.2 meters working moonpool.
In December last year Reach Subsea started the mobilization of Edda Fonn.
