Magma Names New VP Commercial (Houston)
Portsmouth-based, Magma Global, has appointed Matthew Massey as VP Commercial for its Houston office.
With previous roles with Lloyd’s Register, InterMoor and Quest Offshore, Matthew brings more than ten years of senior sales and business development expertise to Magma Global.
Charles Tavner, Magma’s Commercial Director, commented: “Magma’s key focus is delivering operational cost and risk reduction for risers, jumpers and intervention lines using m-pipe®. This is particularly relevant at a time when the industry is looking to address costs in deep water exploration and production.
“Matthew’s experience in subsea markets will strengthen the Magma commercial team and aids our ability to rapidly address opportunities in the US market.”
