Siem Offshore Gets New CEO

The Board of Siem Offshore has decided to appoint Idar Hillersøy as new CEO of the company with effect from August 01.

Idar Hillersøy has since April 01, 2015 been responsible for the OSV segment of the Company and will now take over responsibility also for Siem Offshore Industrial Investments.

Terje Sørensen will step down as CEO of Siem Offshore Inc. and leave the company after a transitional phase.

Svein Erik Mykland will step down as Chief Operating Officer and take over responsibility for the follow up and development of Siem Offshore Contractors.

A new Chief Operating Officer will be employed, Siem informed.
