Blue Ocean Monitoring Sets Up Office in UK and USA

Australia’s Blue Ocean Monitoring, an operator of autonomous ocean data collection platforms for oil & gas and environmental applications, has opened offices in the United Kingdom and the USA.

The United Kingdom office is headed by Keith Wallace who has been appointed General Manager – Europe & the Middle East.

The Houston, USA office is headed by Chris Carter who has been appointed Vice President – Americas.

In addition, Blue Ocean Monitoring said it will be basing its Slocum gliders and other platforms in each of the new regions and relocate other gliders from its global fleet as local requirements dictate.

Simon Illingworth, Blue Ocean Monitoring’s Group Managing Director, said: “We look forward to welcoming Keith and Chris to our team. This allows us to better support our clients globally and we are excited to open these new offices.”
