Applied Acoustics Wins Second Queen’s Award

The Lord Lieutenant for Norfolk, Richard Jewson, has presented Applied Acoustics’ Managing Director, Adam Darling, with the company’s second Queen’s Award.

The award, in the International Trade category, is recognition of Applied Acoustics achievement in boosting export revenues over three years of continuous growth.

This is excellent news for us,” said Adam Darling, “I’m pleased for everyone in the company because a Queen’s Award recognises the true team effort required for exceptional commercial success in a very competitive market.”

The Queens Award for International Trade is a recognition of business achievement that rewards both export growth and corporate responsibility.

Applied Acoustics was among only 105 UK companies to win this award in 2015, the company said.
