OAP and Interoil Angola Enter Strategic Partnership

Ocean Atlantic Petroleum (OAP) and Interoil Angola have expanded their portfolio of services after entering into a strategic partnership.

OAP is an Angolan company providing oil and gas operators and contractors with subsea production and well intervention systems engineering, maintenance and operation services.

Interoil Angola is an operator of Offshore Support Vessels and an approved supplier by the operators in the region.

The partnership between these two local entities results in an Angolan content alliance, enabling both companies to combine their competencies and offer “ready to operate” Offshore Support Vessels with integrated marine, survey, ROV and subsea engineering services, Interoil Angola wrote.

Both companies are headquartered in Luanda.
