Nexans Appoints Kathleen Wantz-O’Rourke as Censor
The Nexans Board of Directors has appointed Kathleen Wantz-O’Rourke as censor with a view to proposing her candidature as member of the Board of Directors to the 2016 shareholders’ general meeting.
As censor, Wantz-O’Rourke will attend Board of Directors meetings with a consultative role. The Internal Regulations of the Board will be applicable to her in all its provisions, the company said.
Kathleen Wantz-O’Rourke is the Director Action Plan & Performance Group in ENGIE since 2012. She previously held various positions in Siemens since 1984 in finance, business development and general management in large regional companies.
She also serves as a member of the Board of Storengy and of the Trust Management Institute (TMI), and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Companie Nationale du Rhône (CNR). She is also a member of the Audit Committee of Storengy and Compagnie Nationale du Rhône (CNR).
