Expro has appointment Mike Jardon as chief executive officer, succeeding Charles Woodburn who is leaving the company in April to join BAE Systems.

Jardon joined Expro in 2011 as chief operating officer, after holding senior roles within Schlumberger’s wireline, completions, well testing and subsea businesses, and at Vallourec & Mannesmann, where he led the organisation’s commercial activities across North America.

Commenting on this appointment, Expro’s Chairman, Sir George Buckley, said:

His experience, leadership skills and passion for the business will ensure a seamless transition for the company.
