Dutch company Glomar Offshore has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Belgium-based GEOxyz.

Under the agreement, the companies will offer several services including: cable and trenching operations; offshore support vessel operations; guard/chase vessel support; survey operations; drone support; ROV operations; diving operations; UXO identification and removal; and crew transfer vessels.

“Together we will target the oil and gas industry and the renewable energy sector situated within Europe,” the two companies said in a press statement.

“Our main objective is to start this venture close to home, with the prospect of hopefully expanding and spreading the available services on a larger global scale,” they added.

The partnership should provide the companies a chance to benefit from each other’s equipment and client base.
