Olympic Delta Secures New Job in Renewables
Olympic Shipping has secured a contract for inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) vessel, Olympic Delta, with an undisclosed international client.
The vessel will be employed within renewable energy sector, the company informed.
According to the company, the contract will start immediately and has a fixed period of eight weeks plus options for extension.
Stig Remøy, CEO of Olympic said: “It’s with great pleasure we see that Olympic is a preferred partner within the renewables market. With this contract, and previously concluded contracts, we have secured full utilization of the Olympic Delta for the remainder of this year within the renewable energy market.”
To remind, Olypmic Delta has recently secured another contract in the renewable energy sector planned to start in August, with a fixed period of 120 days plus options to extend to more than 200 days.
