Mermaid Maritime, a provider of subsea and drilling services to the offshore oil and gas industry, has appointed Graham McKnockiter as Subsea Group regional director, Western Hemisphere.

According to the company, “the appointment should contribute to the strategy of streamlining and enhancing Mermaid’s subsea services business unit in the Middle East region and the growth and performance of the company as a whole.”

In his new role Graham will be responsible for management and overseeing day-to-day subsea services business operations in Middle East.

Graham joined Mermaid in 2013, and previously held the position of asset management director.

Prior to joining Mermaid he worked with Seadrill, Cal Dive International and Helix.
