Atlas Professionals has appointed Paul Hampton as the company’s new survey business manager.

Atlas believes that Hampton will bring experience, understanding and drive to its team, backed by his 15-years industry background, focusing on the offshore survey and construction sector, both in oil & gas and renewables, and also as an onshore operations manager.

Andrew Blears, director responsible for Atlas Professionals survey, ROV and exploration divisions, said: “Paul’s experience ranges from academia, working with the British Antarctic Survey to industrial and commercial, working for various high profile companies within the offshore industry.

“It was this background, combined with having real and current hands on experience of working offshore and with offshore teams that convinced me that he was the right man for the job. I am excited about the future and look forward to working with Paul and the team to take us to the next level.”
