EMGS Enters Barents Sea Multi-Client Sales Agreement

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has entered into a prefunding and late sales agreement related to 3D CSEM data surveys in the Barents Sea in Norway.

The agreement represents revenues of approximately USD 2.5 million, the company said.

The data will be acquired during the second half of 2017.

EMGS did not reveal the name of the client.

According to the company’s multi-client data library update, EMGS in Norway covers 50,000 square kilometers of 3D full azimuth Multi-Client data in the Barents Sea.
