STR Partners with SENSYS on UXO Detection Systems

Subsea Technology & Rentals (STR) has entered into strategic partnership with SENSYS, provider of geomagnetic and electromagnetic ground survey systems and components for land, aerial and marine environments.

Specifically, this agreement will provide STR’s offshore energy customer base with exclusive access to SENSYS’s active and passive multi-channel UXO detection system which can be ROV, ROTV or vessel deployed for underwater geophysical surveys, pin pointing and infrastructure monitoring.

In particular, STR’s area of strength is in the support of its clients during the growth of the offshore renewables sector, which has resulted in a key focus on marine UXO operations and we see SENSYS products as a perfect offering in this important field offering field proven solutions.”
