Ocean Yield in Talks Over Additional Ship Ventures

Oslo-listed offshore vessel owner Ocean Yield has said it is currently in negotiations regarding further investments in modern vessels with long-term charters.

The investments are still subject to board approval and agreement on documentation, the Norway-based company said.

Ocean Yield said it expects that final decisions with respect to these investments will be made during the next few weeks.

The company currently has three subsea vessels; the Aker Wayfarer, SBM Installer and Lewek Connector, all built between 2010 – 2013.
