This program focuses on the fundamentals of running a subsea department. Topics include department administration, planning and execution of between-well-maintenance plans, budget preparation, as well as proven methods for training your junior team members.
Upon completion of the course attendees will be able to:
- Have a clear understanding of the rules and regulations that govern subsea operations
- Plan and develop an end-of-well work scope using MS Project
- Plan and develop an annual and 5yr department budget
- Create a rig-specific “critical spares rig move inventory”
- Perform subsea-specific math equations
- Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for department staff
