Statnett Buys NorGer Project Shares (Norway)

Statnett’s partners in the cable project NorGer, Agder Energi, Lyse and EGL have conveyed that they would like to sell their shares of the project to Statnett.

Statnett bought into NorGer in June last year. The agreement included the opportunity for the partners to sell their remaining shares in the project to Statnett at a later stage. The companies would now like to exercise this option.

Statnett will continue the work of developing the two cable projects NorGer and NordLink.
