Ashtead Technology, Instrument Division, a Houston-based global instrumentation rental, sales and services organization supporting the environmental services, oil and gas, power generation, and industrial production industries announced that Youllonda Driver, CPA, has joined the company as Vice President of Finance.

Driver will lead the finance organization in all aspects of financial reporting, metrics and risk management, and will support overall corporate performance improvement and strategic development as a member of the executive management team based in Houston.

“We are pleased to announce the addition of Youllonda to the company’s executive management team,” said Ashtead Technology Managing Director Steve Brown. “Youllonda’s industry related experience in corporate accounting and finance, as well as her oil and gas on site field project management and team leadership background will complement the company’s strategic plans and will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”

Youllanda Driver brings more than 20 years of finance and leadership experience to Ashtead Technology. Prior to joining Ashtead, Driver served as the Chief Financial Officer for Viking Offshore USA, Inc., as well as Operations Controller of Songa Management, Inc. and numerous positions with Transocean Offshore Inc.

Driver is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and holds a Master of Accounting and undergraduate degree from Oklahoma City University where she graduated with honors.
