Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited, a leading provider of subsea and drilling services for the offshore oil and gas industry, announces the appointment of Joseph Wan Huat Chia as Executive Director.
The Nomination Committee (with Mr. Chia abstaining), having considered Mr. Chia’s potential to add greater value to the Company as an employee in the capacity of Executive Director, has recommended that this appointment will be beneficial to the Company and will help the Company strengthen its governance and growth. The Board has approved his appointment on 21 October 2013.
