Non-Executive Director Named at Mermaid Maritime
Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited announces the appointment of Dr. Jean Paul Thevenin as the Company Non-Executive Director.
Dr. Thevenin has shown his interest to become more involved in the business affairs through his appointment onto the Company’s Executive Committee. The Nomination Committee (with Dr. Thevenin abstaining), having considered Dr. Thevenin’s qualifications and experiences, has recommended the appointment of Dr. Thevenin as a non-executive director. The Board has approved his appointment on 21 October 2013.
