Veripos Makes Changes in Management

Veripos announces that Richard Turner, formerly fulfilling the role of Executive Vice President – Commercial, a position which he held since July 2012, has been appointed to the role of Vice President - Asia Pacific Region with immediate effect.

Richard will also be appointed as a Director of Veripos (Singapore) Pte Ltd and of Veripos Australia Pty Ltd. Richard will now report to Philip Milne, Chief Operating Officer. Richard is an experienced business executive and is the ideal manager to take charge now, given the size and growth potential of the Veripos business in the Asia Pacific Region and this move is intended to benefit all stakeholders.

In conjunction with the above, Veripos announces the departure from the company of Raymond Wong. Raymond was instrumental in establishing the Veripos business in the Asia Pacific region and Veripos thanks Raymond for his contribution and dedication, and wish him good fortune and success in his future endeavours.
