Dolphin re-positioned the operative seismic vessels in end of 2013 and have achieved high vessel utilization and good performance on their seismic fleet. This provided Dolphin with historical high total revenues of $80 million for the first quarter of 2014.

Further, Dolphin experience improved demand for new high-capacity 3D seismic vessels, capable of towing large and wide seismic configurations. With the recently announced contract awards, Dolphin has secured a total back-log of approximately $270 million as per April o1, 2014.

Dolphin Group ASA is the parent company of Dolphin Geophysical AS, a global full-range, asset light supplier of marine geophysical services. Dolphin operates a fleet of new generation, high capacity seismic vessels and offers contract seismic surveys and Multi-Client projects and processing services on a worldwide basis.
