Nordic Maritime Pte Ltd., in collaboration with ELNUSA, was awarded the contract for the provision of marine seismic data acquisition and processing services for Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, Offshore Indonesia.

Madura Strait offshore Indonesia includes the MDA, MBH and BD fields, which are expected to produce natural gas and associated liquids.

Nordic Maritime’s 3D seismic vessel S/V Nordic Bahari will start the acquisition of approximately 420 sq. km before end of May 2014 with support of the chase vessel M/V Viking Vanguard and the job is expected to be completed by July 2014.

Husky Energy is developing the fields in partnership with CNOOC Limited and an affiliate of Samudra Energy Ltd.
