Simek Begins Sea Trials of Yard No. 127

Simek informed that the sea trials for the Yard no. 127 have started this morning.

The Yard no. 127 is a 85.45 m long Subsea vessel of MM 85 MSV design.

During the sea trials the crew will measure the vessel’s performance and general seaworthiness.

The trials will also include testing of the ship’s speed, maneuverability, equipment and safety features.

Adjustments of the ships bow and aft thrusters will also be conducted and completed.

After the trials the ship will be able to perform various subsea operations.

The vessel can accommodate a total of 90 people, divided into 20 single and 35 double cabins.

The ship will be delivered to the owners in early June.
