Superior Energy Names VP of Risk Management
Danny Young, Superior’s Executive Vice President of Corporate Services, has announced that Paul Remson has joined Superior Energy Services as Vice President of Risk Management.
Based in Houston, Paul’s responsibilities include, among other duties, the placement, analysis and management of the company’s comprehensive property, casualty, marine and specialty insurance programs.
Paul joins Superior with more than 26 years of experience in risk management and corporate claims. He most recently held the position of director of insurance at McDermott International and was previously employed by BJ Services Company and Alexander and Alexander. Paul received a Bachelor of Science in finance from Louisiana State University. Additionally, he served as an ACE Insurance Company Client Advisory board member. He is also a current U.S. and Houston Risk and Insurance Management Society member.
