Polarcus Charters VOS Theia from Vroon

Vroon, an international shipping company, has announced that Vroon Offshore Services Genova will continue its cooperation with Polarcus DMCC with the signing of an 18-months charter for VOS Theia last Monday.

VOS Theia is a supply, anchor handling, oil recovery and fire-fighting vessel, built at Fujian South East Shipyard, China

VOS Theia will be upgraded and modified to meet the requirements of a seismic-support vessel to service the state-of-the-art Polarcus seismic-support vessels worldwide.

VOS Theia will replace VOS Hera in the second half of August.
