CGG Appoints New Board Member
CGG has announced that upon a proposal of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 31st, 2014, has coopted Jean-Yves Gilet as a Member of the Board of Directors of CGG.
Jean Yves Gilet will replace Robert Brunck who stepped down from the Board of Directors on June 4th, 2014.
Jean-Yves Gilet, Managing Director of Bpifrance Participations, will represent Bpifrance on the CGG Board of Directors. He is appointed for the remaining period of office of his predecessor, i.e. until the Shareholders’ Meeting convened to approve the 2015 financial statements.
