Hyperdynamics’ Director Lord David Owen Resigns
Hyperdynamics Corp. announced the resignation of Lord David Owen as a member of its Board of Directors.
Lord Owen also served on the Nominating and Corporate Governance and Governmental Relations committees of the Board.
Ray Leonard, Hyperdynamics’ President and CEO, commented, “Hyperdynamics has been fortunate to have had Lord Owen as a director since September 2009. Lord Owen’s expertise in international government relations has been a valuable asset to us.
