Ezra Announces Board Changes

Offshore contractor, Ezra Holdings, has announced that Karl Erik Kjelstad resigned as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company.

According to Ezra, Karl Erik Kjelstad decided to resign, with effect from 1 January 2015, due to a change in strategic investment position of Aker Solutions.

Karl Erik Kjelstad is Investment Director at Akastor. Kjelstad has held a variety of executive positions in the Aker group which he joined in 1998.

He was Executive Vice President at Aker Solutions from 2009 and earlier served as Senior Partner and President, Maritime Technologies at Aker ASA. He was President and CEO of Aker Yards ASA in 2003-2007.

Kjelstad was appointed as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director at Ezra Holdings in March 1, 2011.
