IHC Delivers New Heavy Duty LARS
To ensure the safe deployment of divers, IHC Hytech has provided several types of diver handling systems.
Divers can be transported to and from subsea work site using the LARS. The latest type of LARS is specially designed for heavy duty operations.
This system is designed, manufactured and certified in compliance with the DNV Lifting Appliances and it fulfills the IMCA D023 Rev1 & D018 requirements.
The IHC Hytech LARS is not only load test witnessed by DNV-GL but the total design is fully certified and covered by a certificate.
The LARS system is mounted on a heavy skid frame, which can be mounted/fastened on the deck of the ship/platform by twist locks.
