Norwegian ship technology firm, Havyard, has appointed Pål Aurvåg as the Group’s CFO and should start his position on July 1 this year.

Pål Aurvåg replaces Karl Eirik Frøysa Hansen who resigned from his position as CFO of Havyard Group earlier this month.

Aurvåg is 41 years old, business economist within finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and comes from the position as VP Finance in Kongsberg Evotec.

He has previously held senior positions at Rolls Royce Marine within procurement, improving of business processes and finance. The CFO will report to the CEO and is a member of the corporate management in Havyard Group ASA.
