Ezra Sets Up Subsidiary in The Netherlands

Offshore services provider Ezra has incorporated an indirect subsidiary company known as EMAS-AMC Services B.V. (ESBV) in the Netherlands.

The sole member of ESBV is Emas-AMC Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Ezra, with a paid up capital of EUR1 comprising of 1 ordinary share.

According to Singapore-listed offshore O&G contractor, the principal activity of ESBV is to carry out global asset and vessel function.

Ezra did not disclose any further information, except that none of its directors or controlling shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of ESBV.
