Lloyd’s Register Approval for Roxtec Services
Roxtec Services AB has received an official approval for inspection and maintenance services of cable and pipe transits from the classification society Lloyd’s Register.
This approval sets new standards for long-term safety at sea, Roxtec said.
Roxtec Services AB offers onsite inspections, supervision and maintenance work concerning cable and pipe transits on ships and offshore units.
“We believe in a close cooperation with class societies and asset owners to lift the importance of integrating transit seals into a systemized maintenance plan for rigs and vessels,” says Fredrik Timonen, managing director of Roxtec Services AB.
