C-Diamond Names President
C-Diamond, a provider of subsea cutting solutions to the offshore industry and a joint venture between C-Innovation and 1Diamond, has appointed Harald Ramfjord as president.
Ramfjord, who held senior management positions at Beerenberg Corp before its acquisition by Quanta Services, will be based in Houston.
C-Diamond is organized in the US and will have operations in the US, Norway and the Netherlands.
“C-Diamond will be the service supplier to engineer, project manage, and execute efficient subsea cutting solutions.” said Harald Ramfjord.
”Critical vessel time and project risk are reduced by providing real time feedback from a diamond wire cutting control system as well as by optimizing equipment and procedures for the materials to be cut and eliminating steps in the operational procedures by replacing them with proven technological alternatives.
“C-Diamond redefines the way traditional cuts are made and optimizes the process into a more cost efficient, more reliable and environmental safer solution for both contractors and end clients.”
