Norwegian company DOF Subsea said it has purchased the remaining shares in Canadian Subsea Shipping Company (CSSC).
Before the transaction, the Oslo-listed firm owned 45 percent of the shares in the CSSC.
Canadian Subsea Shipping Company has a newbuild vessel under construction at Vard Group in Norway, which according to its annual report, at December 31, 2016, also owned 45 percent of the company.
